Petromonagas Upgrader Debottlenecking

Anzoátegui, Venezuela

Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for the expansion of the Petromonagas upgrader facilities, aimed at increasing the diluted crude processing capacity from 157.8 MBPD to 188 MBPD. The project included boosting the feed rate of the delayed coking unit from 48 MBPD to 58 MBPD, which allowed for an increase in upgraded crude production from 109 MBPD to 130 MBPD.

San Lorenzo Refinery Topping Unit I Remodelation

Santa Fe, Argentina

EPC execution, including detailed engineering, material provision and supply, and assembly, for the remodelation of Topping Unit I at the San Lorenzo Refinery. The project's objective was to double crude processing capacity, increasing it from 1,300 m³/d to 2,600 m³/d.

Deep Conversion Refinery Project

Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for the modification and expansion of a refinery, aimed at processing heavy crude oil and refining products with improved quality for export. The project involves increasing the processing capacity to 170,000 BPD and export capacity to 98,000 BPD.

Hamaca Crude Upgrader Complex Downstream

Anzoátegui, Venezuela

This project involved the Integrated EPC Lump-Sum execution for the construction of a crude oil upgrader. It was specifically designed to process 190,000 BPD of extra-heavy crude and produce 180,000 BPD of upgraded crude, along with approximately 25% vacuum bottoms designated for the international market. The comprehensive scope included the development of various crucial units such as heavy crude and vacuum treatment (with a capacity of 180,000 BPD), delayed coking, hydrotreatment, gas treatment, hydrogen production, sulfur recovery, sour water stripping, and amine recovery. Furthermore, the project incorporated all necessary auxiliary facilities, including extensive storage capabilities, raw water and waste treatment systems, robust relief systems, electrical substations, comprehensive power distribution networks, and all essential utility systems.

CILP Flare Gas Recovery Project

La Plata, Argentina

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project aimed at reducing refinery emissions by recovering gas normally vented through flares. This initiative involves redirecting the recovered gas to the fuel gas system, allowing it to be utilized as fuel. This generates significant energy savings and reduces steam consumption in the flares.

HA-ZAAP-C and HA-KU-H Accommodation Platforms
