He joined Inelectra in 1985. He has held various managerial and executive positions in the projects area and, primarily, in the Engineering and Construction Finance Division, where he was director for the integrated management of the Comptroller and Administration departments. As part of his career development at the company, he was subsequently appointed executive vice president of Corporate Finance, vice president of the Finance and Shared Services Unit, and director of the Board of Directors.
During the period 2010-2012, he shared his responsibilities at Inelectra with the vice presidency of Finance at Petronova Inc., where he was also a member of the Board of Directors. In June 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. He graduated as an electrical engineer from Simón Bolívar University in 1978. In 1995, he completed a Master's Degree in Finance at the Metropolitan University of Caracas, and in 2001, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dallas, USA.
Ezequiel Puterman joined Inelectra in 1985, where he has held various managerial and executive positions, eventually serving as Vice President of the North America and Caribbean Business Unit, responsible for sales and project execution. He was also Vice President of the Construction Division, overseeing contracting, safety, health, and environment, and direct lump-sum project execution for the oil and petrochemical industry in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Trinidad and Tobago.
In 2010, he led the IPC Projects vice presidency for Inelectra Internacional in Bogotá, managing alliances, business development, and project results in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina, in addition to serving as senior vice president of Proposals for Latin America. After returning to Inelectra Venezuela in 2012, he was Vice President of Business Development and later Director of the Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Simón Bolívar University (1985) and completed a Management Program for Engineers at IESA (1999).
Ricardo Halfen graduated as an Economist from Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1996. A year later, he completed a Master of Science in Engineering-Economic Systems & Operations Research (MS in EES&OR) from Stanford University, USA. In 2000, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, USA.
He joined Inelectra in 1997 as an analyst in the New Business department. In 2006, he was appointed Director of the Administrative Board, a position he holds to this day. This role is shared with his directorships at Inepetrol and Petronova, both companies founded by Inelectra.
Ignacio Pulido brings over 25 years of experience as a management consultant. He has a strong track record in diagnosing, formulating, and implementing corporate and business strategies for leading multinational and local companies across the Andean region, Central America, and Mexico, with a particular focus on the consumer goods and industrial sectors.
He spent many years of his professional career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, an organization he later left to found Advantis, where he is also a managing partner. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for other companies, as well as the Fundación Mendoza.
He holds a degree in Systems Engineering and a Cum Laude Bachelor's in Management from the Metropolitan University of Caracas. He later earned an MS in Systems and Management from UNIMET and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in the United States.
Jorge Rojas González holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Tennessee, USA. He later earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School.
His career at Inelectra spans over 40 years, beginning in 1975 as a Consultant. Since then, he has held various positions and responsibilities, including the Construction Project Management for the Caracas Metro Integral System, and the Vice Presidency of the Administrative Board, eventually becoming its President—a role he initially held until 1998.
After concluding his term as President, he remained actively involved with the company as a Member of the Advisory Board. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Inepetrol and is a member of other organizations connected to the national oil sector. This broad experience in the industry continues to be an invaluable asset that he, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, dedicates to Inelectra's partners and clients.
Antonio Vincentelli has a significant career at Inelectra, where he has held important technical and managerial positions. He served as Director of the Administrative Board starting in 1983, and subsequently as President of the Administrative Board and Executive President of the corporation during the 1998-2004 period.
He has been a Director of the Board of Directors for Inepetrol since the company was founded by Inelectra in 1997, as well as its Chairman of the Board and Executive President since 2004. He possesses vast experience of over 30 years working in the oil industry, with extensive expertise in the development of upstream oil and gas facilities, both onshore and offshore.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude as an Electrical Engineer and Computer Engineer from the University of Michigan (USA) and earned a Master's in Power Systems in 1974. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard in 1994. He served as President of the Venezuelan Oil Chamber from 2004-2008.
Mariela Brandt graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, where she also earned a Master's in Finance. She began her career at Inelectra in 2001 as a Discipline Leader in the Studies Department. She then took on the challenge of leading Commercial Management until 2006. For the next ten years, she served as Business Development Manager, eventually being promoted to her current role as Director of Proposals.

IMaría Castagnetti joined Inelectra in 1986, where she has built a professional career encompassing technical, managerial, and directorial roles across various disciplines of large-scale projects. She currently holds the position of Vice President of the Projects Unit. She graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Simón Bolívar University in 1985, with a specialization in Business Management from the same institution.
Roberto Villalba graduated as a Materials Engineer from Simón Bolívar University in 1998, also holding a Master's degree in the same specialization. He currently serves as Director of Asset Management and Business Development at INEPETROL-INELECTRA.
Previously, he led significant natural gas export initiatives, developing strategic projects such as the Antonio Ricaurte Trans-Caribbean Gas Pipeline and feasibility studies for small-scale LNG plants.
María Caldera is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in managing technical units, coordinating projects, and leading engineering for projects within the oil and petrochemical industries. She joined Inelectra in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Engineering. In this role, she is responsible for, among other areas, knowledge management, the development of engineering standards, procedures, and technology to ensure the technical quality of projects. She graduated from the National Experimental Polytechnic University Antonio José de Sucre (UNEXPO) in 2001 and holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Andrés Bello Catholic University.
María Vásquez is a Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in planning, directing, organizing, and controlling management subsystems, recruitment and selection, training and development, and compensation and benefits—all aligned with an organization's strategic objectives.
She assumed the role of Vice President of Talent Management for Inelectra in 2023. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and an International Diploma in Integral Human Capital Management from the UN/UNESCO. She also holds an International Master's in Senior Managerial Direction and Strategic Business Management from the International Institute for Global Studies for Human Development, European Union.
Deisy Briceño joined Inelectra in 1991 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the Administration, Treasury, Comptroller, and Business Systems & Processes (SAP) units. Throughout her career at the company, she has held significant managerial and directorial positions in project and international business controlling, strategic planning, and risk management.
She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Andrés Bello Catholic University with a specialization in Business Administration (UCAB) and a Master's in Operations Management (IESA). She brings extensive knowledge and a long track record in control and management, including the administration of Engineering, Procurement (supply), and Construction (EPC) projects, international project controlling, internal auditing of administrative and financial processes, and the design and implementation of business management systems within the services sector for the energy and infrastructure industry.
