Quality: core value of corporate culture

inelectra has a Quality Management System whose objective is to guide and control the organization in this area in an effort to implement and continuously improve the processes that contribute to customer satisfaction.

The Quality System follows the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, our customers and Venezuelan legislation. It governs project execution from initial review of the contract to successful completion. The system has the following components:

The system was certified by FONDONORMA in 1995; since then, all the projects executed have been structured on the requirements of current legislation. inelectra obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2009 and was re-certified in November 2010.

To ensure that all activities related to the Quality System and its results comply with established procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, the company carries out internal audits on the quality of the organization and all projects in execution.

Additionally, customer satisfaction is measured by surveys on quality of performance and improving the business relationship. In the 2009-2010 period 14 customer surveys were sent out, obtaining an average score of 4.81 out of 5, outperforming the target of 4.

In 1997, inelectra as engineering and consulting firm was awarded the "PDVSA Quality Prize." The award recognized the policy of service whose work processes are governed by strict international quality parameters.
